Smart Phone Stolen at Cost U Less

I write seeking your help in identifying the person who “stole” my expensive Samsung Smartphone – my Valentine’s Day gift from my wife – on July 16, 2012 after I had forgotten it by one of the cashiers at Cost U Less.<br />
One of the attached video clips shows clearly the woman who picked up the phone while by the cashier and then hid it under her clothing – apparently in her undies.<br />
